Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging intact. Some items may not be eligible for return — this will be mentioned on the product page.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off, depending on your location.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know within 7 days of delivery — exchanges are subject to stock availability for that piece.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

Refund method & timeline

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, the refund goes back to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your Kotha Loka wallet or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.

Non-returnable items

Customised or made-to-order pieces, and items marked "final sale," cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 5–7 days depending on your location within India.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999; a nominal fee applies below that.
• Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes across India — let us know at checkout if you'd like to use it.
