Kotha Loka is a handloom fashion brand based in Hyderabad, India, working directly with artisan cooperatives across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Odisha.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
Your account
When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
- Product images are for reference. Since our pieces are handloom and handcrafted, slight variations in weave, colour, or print are natural and not considered defects.
- We try to keep stock information accurate, but availability can change between browsing and checkout.
Orders
Orders placed on the site are confirmed via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — and will inform you if this happens.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes, with online payment options being added over time. Any online payments will be processed securely through our payment partner.
Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 days, depending on your location. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹1,999.

Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, logos, and content on this site belong to Kotha Loka or our artisan partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to place fraudulent orders, interfering with site security, or copying our content for commercial use.
Limitation of liability
Kotha Loka is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this site, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
Governing law
